The booking system is efficient system as they serve student according to the time that we book. So, that means less waiting time which I feel that is very efficient for us students as we have class to attend. Very organized. :)

Service was great

Service was quick. It's good that we are able to book appointments in case there is a long wait.

sometimes people forget things due and it just slips off their mind and i think i it is right to give them an extra window of period for submission.
